Electronic Consent

from Attainable Housing Advocates
retain this information for future use

Introduction.

You are submitting a request to be matched with the Hope for Homeownership Research Program ("H4H"), administered by Attainable Housing Advocates ("AHA"). H4H is an ongoing homeownership study researching the impact that pre-closing homeownership education, post-closing financial mentorship, increased cash savings, and a long-term reduction in monthly utility bills may have on the life and loan performance of homebuyers.
The AHA team will work with you to determine whether the program is a good fit for you. If it is determined to be a good fit, AHA may provide your information to solar management companies, who will furnish you with one or more competitive offers from licensed Solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies ("EPCs"). AHA may also provide your information to a mortgage lead aggregator, which may in turn provide your information to mortgage lenders who will furnish you with one or more competitive offers for a new home loan.
AHA's services are free to the consumer, with the exception of a $149 pre-closing education fee and a $99 post-closing financial mentorship fee, which apply only if you choose to enroll in those services. Please see the Terms of Use Agreement, incorporated herein by reference, for additional information, definitions, and terms.
AHA can best provide you the benefits of its services by conducting its business electronically. In order to do this, we need your consent to provide you with certain disclosures, notices, and other communications ("Disclosures and Communications") in connection with your inquiry ("Inquiry").

Communications.

Disclosures and Communications will be provided to you (and on behalf of any individual designated by you) electronically via your designated email address. However, if you wish to obtain a paper copy of any legally required disclosure, you may write to Attainable Housing Advocates, Disclosure Request, 3638 E Pinon Court, Gilbert, AZ 85234 with the details of your request. Paper copies will be provided to you at no charge.
